RETURNS

Our purpose is to inspire people to embrace their wellness. In every product delivered from our online store to your doorstep, we pour a lot of love + care along with the delicious and aromatic loose leaf tea. We strongly believe in everything we sell and are confident that you'll love your purchase.

If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason or there is something wrong with your order - that is your product is incorrect, damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at sales@nandantea.ca and we will figure out the best way to make it right for you. We want you to love what you buy and have a tea-licious experience as much as we love making it for you.

Due to health regulations and to ensure the integrity of our products, we follow strict food safety measures and do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds on any purchased products.

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

DAMAGED GOODS?

If the products you have ordered are defective or damaged at the time of delivery to you, we will replace the defective or damaged products. Please note that we require photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Replacement is at the discretion of Nandan Tea.

For returns or exchanges. please contact us at sales@nandantea.ca and include your order number along with any reason(s) for your inquiry. We aim to respond to your request within 1-4 business days; however, due to busy times, this may take longer.
