ROSEHIP
the fruit of the wild rose plant, packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, boosts immune system, promotes healthier skin and acts as natural anti-depressant and sleep aid.
COCOA BEANS
rich in antioxidants and magnesium, theobromine compound in cocoa acts as a mild stimulant, boosts energy and maintains a healthy immune system. cocoa beans are seeds of the cocoa tree from which chocolate is made.
ALMOND
rich in antioxidants, especially vitamin E, which protects cell damage from free radicals. cholesterol-free, promotes overall skin health and reduces risk of chronic diseases.

bring 1 cup filtered water to a rolling boil.
place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea in the teapot.
pour boiling water into the teapot.
cover and steep for 5-10 mins (the longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea).
pour and enjoy the delectable taste of freshly brewed tea.
PREPARATION
1 tsp heaping
1 cup (8oz / 237ml)
100°C (212°F)
5-10 mins
HOT BREWING METHOD
bring 6-7oz /200 ml of filtered water to a rolling boil.
place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose leaf tea in a teapot.
pour boiling water into the teapot.
cover and steep for 5-10 mins.
add strained hot tea to a glass filled with ice.
A rule of thumb when preparing fresh brewed iced tea is to increase the strength of hot tea since it will dilute when poured over ice.
